California Councilman Proposes Berkeley ICO

Berkeley city council member Ben Bartlett has teamed up with Berkeley’s Mayor Jesse Arreguín, investment company Neighborly and the UC Berkeley Blockchain Lab to plan a Berkeley city ICO. The tokens would be backed by municipal bonds and the city would use the funds raised to finance city projects.
