Cryptocurrency exchange platform WEEX has established a strategic partnership with the Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain Shibarium. The collaboration will focus on selecting premium projects from among the thousands on the Shibarium chain for Launchpool and listing cooperation, aiming to support the growth of the Shiba Inu (SHIB) community. Shiba Inu advocates have agreed to designate WEEX as the preferred centralized exchange (CEX) partner for new qualifying projects emerging from the Shibarium hackathon and global developer community.
WEEX, SHIB, Shibarium, and SHIB's official DeFi protocol K9 Finance DAO have jointly announced this news. Concurrently, K9 Finance DAO has officially become a WEEX channel partner. They tweeted, "Shibarium users who register with WEEX through K9 DAO can enjoy zero fees currently and a permanent 50% fee discount in the future. With the partnership, WEEX will integrate the Shibarium chain, and more Shibarium projects will be listed in the future."
Launchpool: Exclusive Airdrops for WXT Holders
Launchpool is an upcoming new product on WEEX and an important application scenario for WEEX's platform token, WEEX Token (WXT). It aims to select quality new project tokens and provide exclusive airdrops to WXT holders before the official listing on WEEX.
