Presearch Airdrop 2024! (Loyalty Rewards)

Airdrop Description

Dear Valued Community Members,

As major tech companies in the search space and elsewhere are being challenged more and more, Presearch is extremely well positioned to benefit from these new developments with its emphasis on privacy and decentralization, buttressed by the advantages of blockchain and AI technology.

To further enhance that positioning, we are very pleased to announce an airdrop (“loyalty drop”) of up to 50 million tokens to node and search stakers of PRE.

The tokens will be airdropped over six months to all node and search stakers based on the size of their stakes. These stakes will receive a bonus of 1% of their staked tokens per month, in addition to the usual rewards. (See additional details below.)

We have also developed incentives for new and current stakers who would like to create new, or further increase their current stakes: 1% of their newly staked tokens per month over the same period, over and above normal rewards. (Again, details appear below.)

Airdrop (Loyalty Reward) Summary:

• 1% for 5 months for new stakers
• During/after last month: variable length (“fade out”) or another mechanism to avoid a “cliff”

Airdrop (Loyalty Reward) Implementation:

• Snapshot of all staking accounts taken on 29 Dec 2023 to determine baseline of current/new stakers and initial airdrop amount
• For subsequent months, snapshot on a random day during each month for new stakers (1%) and to confirm continuation of original stakers (2%)
• Current stakeholders will receive 1% of any increased stake
• The 2% applies only to historical, continuously staked amounts, so the airdrop amount will not increase, but could decrease (if users reduce stakes)
• All airdrops will take place near the end of each month based on that month’s prior snapshot
• Total new loyalty tokens capped at 50M
