A Cryptocurrency Scam on Twitter

Recently, some Twitter users have been falling for a new cryptocurrency related scam. Attackers create Twitter handles that resemble well-known figures like John McAfee and Elon Musk, then, in what appears to be a genuine thread, the attacker offers to send a large amount of currency — like 20 Bitcoin — to anyone who sends a smaller amount — around 0.02 Bitcoin — to a particular wallet.
