WonderHero, an NFT-centric GameFi protocol, shares the details of the release of its hotly anticipated mainnet release.

WonderHero starts operations, YGGSEA, PGG and GGG join the club

As per the official announcement shared by the WonderHero team, its mainnet edition will be available for players today, Jan. 26, 2022.

The novel game goes live in the "guilds race" mode: different GameFi guilds will compete with each other to earn a spot on WonderHero's leaderboard.

Namely, since the very first hours of WonderHero's lifespan, YGGSEA, PGG, Merit Circle, Good Games Guild, Traction, Metapac, TavernDAO, Quadhorn and BreederDAO are ready to invite their members to WonderHero. Almost 300,000 players are ready to enter this race.

WonderHero CEO and co-founder Ethan Ng is fascinated by the opportunities the new launch is set to unleash for GameFi fans worldwide:

NFT enthusiasts have already spent $2.5 million on WonderHero's assets

WonderHero approaches mainnet launch with impressive statistics. In various rounds, it secures $1.845 million. As of Q1, 2022, more than  $4.1 million in TVL is locked in its smart contracts.

Within two weeks, Wonderhero sold 2,400 NFTs on its built-in marketplace for digital collectibles. A total of 5,000 NFT boxes were released on the Binance NFT platform in 30 seconds.

The aggregated volume of sales on WonderHero, therefore, exceeded 2.5 million USDT even before its launch in mainnet.
