Despite a lack of regulatory basis, a leading crypto attorney Jay Swob predicts that they are not going away any time soon. He calls ICOs ‘exciting,’ but he also claims that they are extremely unpredictable, so it is extremely hard to foretell where this market will turn tomorrow. As investors get more conscious about gaining profit, the need for quality ICOs will crowd out numerous scams that offer nothing but a white paper. This ‘maturity stage’ will go as far as establishing own ICOs funds. Swob also states that it would be interesting to see how ICOs will affect the venture capital industry.
