SEC Response to Public Records Request Implies Possible Tezos Investigation

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a public records request from the plaintiffs in a class action suit against Tezos, according to Reuters. The SEC cited an exemption in the Freedom of Information Act that allows the agency to withhold documents whose release might “interfere with enforcement activities.” While the SEC stopped short of actually saying Tezos was under investigation, the implication is there.
