Polish Central Bank Admits to Cryptocurrency Propaganda

In a letter dated Feb. 9, 2018, Poland’s Central Bank, Narodowy Bank Polski (NBP), admitted to paying 91,000 zloty ( $27,100) in taxpayer money to fund an anti-cryptocurrency campaign. The NBP worked in collaboration with the countries Financial Supervision Authority, the Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego, and paid social media influencers to slander cryptocurrencies.
