European Supervisory Authorities Warn Against Digital Currencies

The European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) are issuing warnings on digital currencies, calling them unsuitable for investment. The ESAs are warning consumers that price volatility, illiquidity, misleading information and other factors prevent cryptocurrencies from being a viable investment option. The document does not mention, of course, that on any time frame greater than three months, digital currency investment has been enormously profitable.
