Canada’s Blockchain Sector Heats Up With First ETF

On Feb. 1, Harvest Portfolios received approval from the Ontario Securities Commission to launch Blockchain Technologies ETF, Canada’s first blockchain fund. The ETF will have a management fee of 0.65 percent and begins trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange next week under the ticker HBLK. First Trust Portfolios Canada and Evolve Funds Group Inc have also filed with regulators for blockchain funds.
