Japanese Exchange bitFlyer is now Allowed to Operate in Illinois

After being granted a license to operate in the European Union, Tokyo-based exchange bitFlyer became the first cryptocurrency exchange to be regulated in Japan, the US and the EU. With 44 US states and territories already under its belt, BitFlyer now adds Illinois to its territory.
