In an attempt to keep up with the latest tech trends, Indonesia has recently launched the Blockchain Hub in Jakarta, fully embracing the nascent technology. The purpose of this endeavor is simple— to create a think-tank in a form of different Indonesian Blockchain communities that would share their experience and ideas. On top of that, it would also create a great educational platform.
HARA, a global data exchange, was reportedly behind this project, and its CEO Regi Wahyu claims that the grand launch of the Blockchain Hub marks a historical moment for Indonesia. A strong emphasis on the Blockchain could make Indonesia one of tomorrow’s leaders in this niche.
