According to a recently published report, Coinbase UK managed to make £127.89 mln in 2017. Meanwhile, Coinbase raked in more than $1 bln over the same period of time.

It’s impossible to make any conclusion about the growth of Coinbase’s UK subsidiary since this is its first annual report, but the abovementioned figures are undoubtedly impressive. One should take into account that this report also includes last December when the market reached its peak. Hence, the 2018 revenue will be much smaller due to the dramatic crypto rout (trading activity on Coinbase dropped by more than 83 percent since January).
Still, the total profit of all crypto exchanges is expected to reach $4 bln by the end of 2018.
