The Belgium Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has published an updated list of crypto fraudsters. Now it is 28 names longer– new startups have been added. The article says that con artists keep attracting victims despite all the measures that have been taken against their actions.

Also, despite numerous warnings, investors keep filing in their complaints after they lose money in doubtful ICOs or investment campaigns.
