In Twitter, the Waves team has announced the long-expected launch of their smart contract (SC) feature – the event takes place on Sept.10th. Prior to this step, the company had been testing the new feature for about four months. They also launched Turing incomplete smart contracts in late April this year.
The head of the smart contract division, Ilya Smagin, believes that SC will expand users’ opportunities on managing their accounts and coins.
The team is also working to implement the option of transferring data, through which Oracles will be able to transfer information onto a Blockchain.
