Hedge Funds Become More Involved in Crypto Space Than High-Net-Worth Individual Buyers

According to Bloomberg, the cryptocurrency industry is currently experiencing the influx of institutional money. Bobby Cho, global head of trading at DRW’s crypto subsidiary Cumberland, claims that hedge funds now overweight high-net-worth individuals buyers. That essentially means that the end of the “Wild West” crypto saga is already in the pipeline. Meanwhile, crypto enthusiasts can rejoice because institutional investors will surely propel the growth of cryptocurrencies.

Another important revelation was that cryptocurrency miners who tend to be the biggest market crypto sellers now plan regular sales instead of waiting for a market rally.
