Erik Voorhees is a Bitcoin startup entrepreneur and influencer. He is the founder and former CEO of Coinapult, former Director of Marketing at BitInstant, founder of SatoshiDice, CEO of ShapeShift and blogger at MoneyAndState.com.

Voorhees is a Bitcoin believer. In a recent AMA, he said that in a year from now Bitcoin has strong chances (he cited up to eighty percent) that the major crypto will hit $50,000.

Erik Voorhees is a co-founder of the ShapeShift crypto exchange. Initially, he founded it under an alias Beorn Gonthier. He revealed his real name as the company’s CEO back in 2015 when making a fundraising campaign. Among the investors of ShapeShift was Roger Ver.
