Lympo, a Tallinn-based Blockchain company, will reward about 15,000 Vilnius Marathon participants with the help of its Lympo Run app that is going to be introduced on Sept. 9. The modus operandi of this app is rather simple– users receive LYM crypto tokens for performing fitness exercises. These tokens can be spent on buying different sports products from inside the app. Moreover, LYM has already been listed on some cryptocurrency exchanges, so the coin can be easily traded for fiat money.
The company’s CEO Ada Jonušė claims that Lympo is planning to expand far beyond the Baltic states, tapping into the American and Chinese markets. She believes that Lympo Run will be a good incentive to lead a healthy lifestyle.
