Chris Larsen is an angel investor, who founded OpenCoin - now known as Ripple Labs - in 2012.
Larsen was its first chief executive officer. He left the CEO post in 2016 to allow Brad Garlinghouse to take over. However, Larsen remains the company’s executive chairman.
He owns 5.19 billion XRP.
