Bitget is celebrating the third anniversary of its Blockchain4Youth initiative with the launch of "Boxed for Opportunity," a global campaign aimed at connecting emerging Web3 talent with real industry opportunities.
Inspired by Bitcoin Pizza Day, the campaign introduces a physical and creative twist to recruitment by placing selected resumes and portfolios onto pizza boxes delivered directly to Web3 companies, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Since its launch, Blockchain4Youth has engaged more than 15,000 participants, partnered with over 70 universities, and hosted more than 100 campus activations, building a global foundation for blockchain education and early talent development.
From education to real-world opportunities
The new campaign reflects a broader shift in focus, moving from awareness and education toward direct career pathways.
Participants will submit their background, experience, and portfolios, with selected candidates featured on pizza box placements distributed across key regions.
The initiative also includes social amplification through regional industry figures, expanding visibility beyond traditional hiring channels.
"The future of Web3 will be shaped by the people we empower today,” said Ignacio Aguirre Franco, CMO of Bitget. “Through Blockchain4Youth, we are building pathways for young talent to learn, prove themselves, and connect with the ecosystems where they can contribute."

“Boxed for Opportunity” builds on the recently launched Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub, which provides structured education, certification, and access to the Talent Alliance.
Through partnerships with platforms like Bondex, Morph Network, and Foresight Ventures, participants gain exposure to job opportunities and professional networks within the Web3 space.
By combining digital submissions, physical outreach, and community-driven promotion, Bitget is experimenting with new ways to bridge the gap between emerging talent and hiring ecosystems.
The campaign underscores a growing industry focus on talent pipelines, as Web3 companies look to scale their workforce while making entry points more accessible to the next generation of builders.
