A licence from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius has been obtained by B2Broker, a prominent liquidity and technology supplier of solutions to the foreign exchange and financial services industries, according to the business. B2Prime Services Limited, a subsidiary of B2Broker Group of Companies, now holds an Investment Dealer licence (Full Service Dealer excluding underwriting /code SEC-2.1, Licence #C117017139) as of November 12, 2021.

Descriptive Statement of the Authorized Activity

Licenced by the Securities and Exchange Commission, B2Prime Services is authorised to act as an intermediary for customers in the execution of securities transactions on their behalf. A multi-asset Prime of Prime (PoP) liquidity provider with a focus on institutional and professional customers across all financial markets, including derivatives, is required under Mauritius rules. Derivative contracts for difference (CFDs) are the major financial products it offers customers (e.g. Forex, metals, commodities, shares, indices).
