As hundreds of billions of SHIB depart trading platforms, Shiba Inu is displaying a potentially bullish shift in exchange activity. According to the most recent on-chain data, total exchange outflows are estimated to be around 323.19 billion SHIB, significantly more than the 251.01 billion SHIB inflows.

Shiba Inu reserves get thinner

More significantly, the most recent outflow figure shows a significant acceleration in withdrawals, rising by about 311 billion SHIB over the previous 24-hour period. Exchange reserves lend credence to this interpretation.

While their dollar value has decreased by 0.45% to roughly $472.86 million, total reserves have decreased by 0.08% to about 87.24 trillion SHIB. Falling reserves can be a sign that holders are transferring tokens into private custody instead of putting them up for sale. They also typically lower the immediately available supply on centralized exchanges.

Shiba Inu inflows flips

However, the data is not wholly one-sided. The mean inflow increased to about 1.13 billion SHIB per transaction, and exchange inflows also increased to 251 billion SHIB. Together, the top ten inflows brought in roughly 5.62 billion SHIB. As a result, outflows that exceed an already high level of deposits are the main source of the bullish signal.

For SHIB's technical structure, the timing could be important. Shiba Inu is currently trading at about $0.00000545, having recovered from about $0.0000044 in August. The price has maintained its short-term ascending support while forming a series of higher lows.

Additionally, SHIB is trading above the longer averages around $0.00000491–$0.00000503 and the 20-day moving average near $0.00000517. The RSI is close to 58, indicating positive momentum without approaching overbought levels.

The 200-day moving average at $0.00000567 remains the biggest barrier. Prior attempts at $0.0000056–$0.0000059 drew significant selling, and SHIB has yet to establish itself above this level.
