Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao wished a Merry Christmas to all Binancians in a very special way. On Dec. 25, Binance pioneered in the sphere of crypto lending APIs.

Integrations for lending

Today, Mr. Zhao has revealed that the development department of Binance has released a set of application programming interfaces (or APIs) for crypto lending. The code and instructions have been uploaded to the official platform GitHub repository

The API instruments are typically utilized for integrating Binance services into third-party websites. Therefore, we should get ready for the rapid mass adoption of Binance lending tools.

Binance lending: earn from idle crypto

At the moment, Binance lending, one of the most advanced crypto lending/borrowing ecosystems, offers 50+ lending programs with Bitcoin (BTC), 13 altcoins and three stablecoins (USDT, BUSD, and USDC). Time frameworks (duration) of these programs vary between seven and 30 days.

Binance also offers very high interest rates — up to 15 percent in expected annual yield. The maximum annualized interest rate for stablecoins is 10 percent.
