Gate, a global digital asset trading platform, has announced the launch of its second IPO Access project, Jersey Mike's (JMKE), expanding its efforts to connect crypto users with opportunities in traditional equity markets.

The indicative subscription period will open on July 27, 2026, at 02:00 UTC and close on July 29 at 02:00 UTC. The indicative IPO price range is set at $21 to $25 per share, although the final subscription price will depend on the company's official IPO pricing.

Users can participate with commitments ranging from 100 USDT or GUSD to a maximum of 500,000 USDT or GUSD, with no additional subscription fees.

The offering will be divided equally between USDT and GUSD pools, with each accounting for 50% of the total allocation. User allocations will be determined based on hourly average locked commitments throughout the subscription period. Participants who enter earlier and maintain their commitments for longer will receive greater allocation weight.

Gate said subscription arrangements may be adjusted depending on overall demand, while the subscription period could potentially close ahead of schedule.

Allocation not guaranteed

The Jersey Mike's offering is structured as an indication subscription rather than a guaranteed share allocation.

Submitting a subscription interest does not ensure that a user will receive shares. Participants may receive a full allocation, a partial allocation or no allocation, depending on the allocation Gate ultimately receives, overall subscription demand and the final IPO offering results.

Allocated shares are currently expected to be distributed to users' Gate Stocks accounts before trading begins, with July 30, 2026, currently estimated as the distribution date. The shares are expected to be fully unlocked with no lock-up period, allowing users to trade them through Gate Stocks following the official listing.

The precise distribution and trading schedule will depend on the final IPO timetable. If Gate does not ultimately receive an allocation, users who subscribed with USDT will receive an interest subsidy calculated at an annualized rate of 3.8% on their locked subscription funds.

Users who subscribe with GUSD will continue to earn the standard 3.8% annualized yield throughout the subscription period.

Founded in 1956, Jersey Mike's operates more than 3,300 locations across the United States and Canada, making it one of North America's largest submarine sandwich restaurant chains.

The company attracted additional attention after global alternative asset manager Blackstone acquired a majority stake in 2025. Jersey Mike's subsequently announced plans to pursue a U.S. public listing.

The addition of JMKE gives Gate users another potential route to participate in a high-profile IPO through the platform's expanding equity ecosystem.

However, the exchange encourages participants to conduct independent research and consider publicly available information, market conditions and their individual financial circumstances before participating.

Gate expands global equity infrastructure

The Jersey Mike's offering is part of Gate's broader strategy to build a multi-asset investment ecosystem connecting cryptocurrency users with traditional financial markets.

The platform currently supports trading in more than 12,500 stocks and ETFs across the U.S., Hong Kong and Korean markets. Its equity services also include fractional share trading, stock dividends and cross-broker transfers for U.S. and Hong Kong equities.

Gate also supports corporate actions such as stock splits and reverse splits, while continuing to expand its offering through gStocks tokenized securities, Pre-IPO products and IPO Access.

Together, these products are designed to cover different stages of the equity investment cycle, from access to private companies before public listing to participation in IPOs, trading publicly listed stocks and accessing tokenized securities.

With the launch of Jersey Mike's IPO Access project, Gate is further expanding this ecosystem and positioning IPO participation alongside its existing global equity and digital asset products.

The exchange says it will continue broadening access to global assets while developing infrastructure intended to make multi-asset investing more accessible through a single platform.
