Coinbase, a leading San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange, has added the 0x protocol token to the list of its assets, the company made an announcement in its recent blog post. So far, it will only be available on Coinbase Pro, a platform that is specifically designed for professional traders.

Thus, ZRX becomes the first ERC-20 token listed on Coinbase. The rollout will traditionally consist of four stages. Users will be able to trade it against the US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR) and Bitcoin (BTC). The ZRX/GBP pair for British traders is not available yet.

The listing provoked a short-term spike in ZRX price. At the time of writing this article, the coin is sitting at $0.79 with a 5.4 percent increase over the last 24 hour.

Earlier, U.Today revealed that ZRX is in first place by the number of GitHub commits.
