Wyoming’s House of Representatives unanimously voted for two new Blockchain bills. HB70- a bill that defines a utility token and HB1- a bill that would exempt cryptocurrencies from the Wyoming Money Transmitter Act, both passed the house in a 60-0 vote. Next, the two bills will be evaluated by Wyoming’s state Senate.
