After soaring by a whopping 25 percent ahead of its mainlet launch, Tezos (XTZ) records a 5 percent loss. Tezos, a Zug-based crypto startup, made headlines after holding a historic $232 mln ICO. However, this initial success quickly fizzled out because of infighting between the project’s key figures. Despite recently solving these management issues — better late than never — Tezor still struggles to regain investor’s trust, and that leads to quite unexpected price drops.
Still, the ongoing ecosystem developments, which include two brand-new projects TezosKit and TezBox, could push XTZ above $1.5 again. At press time, the coin’s price is sitting at $1.34.
