The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has set a deadline for reviewing nine applications to list and trade various Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on Oct. 26.
The applications include two submitted by ProShares for listing on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) ETF exchange NYSE Arca, five by Direxion also for listing there, and two by GraniteShares for listing on Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE).
“By October 26, 2018, any party or other person may file a statement in support of, or in opposition to, the action made pursuant to delegated authority,” the SEC stated.
Earlier this year, the SEC has rejected the proposals but decided to review its decision just a day after.
