San Francisco-headquartered enterprise blockchain juggernaut Ripple has once again been recognized as one of the best employers in San Francisco's Bay Area by Fortune. 

The company clearly maintains a healthy and collaborative corporate culture, which has helped it to secure the latest accolade.  

"Best in the Bay, again"

According to the official Great Place to Work company overview, an overwhelming 95% of Ripple employees say it is a great place to work.

Notably, this places the firm, which is mainly known for its association with controversial alternative cryptocurrency XRP, well above the average for U.S.-based companies.

Employees are currently working on Ripple Payments, digital asset custody solutions, the XRP cryptocurrency ledger, and the newly launched RLUSD stablecoin.

Other recent accolades 

Ripple has managed to accumulate throughout the first half of 2026. The firm has also been recognized for industry dominance and executive leadership.

In mid-May, for instance, Ripple secured 16th spot on CNBC's prestigious list of the world's most disruptive venture-backed companies. 

As reported by U.Today, Ripple was praised for integrating blockchain infrastructure into real-world traditional finance, which corresponds to the "New Money" theme. 

Also in May, the company's institutional liquidity offering, Ripple Prime, won the coveted "Best Prime Broker" award at the Hedge Fund Services Awards Europe.

Last month, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse received a top leadership award from Harvard University. He was named Harvard Business School’s 2026 Business Leader of the Year. 

Garlinghouse was recognized for his success in winning regulatory battles, securing global licenses, and pulling off massive acquisitions.
