The Israel Securities Authority has successfully integrated Blockchain into its information systems.
The integration has been accomplished in two phases. Firstly, Blockchain was implemented into the system which the authority uses for communication with its supervised entities. Secondly, Blockchain is in the process of integration into the voting system of the regulator. The system is used to communicate with investors from all over the world.
“The application of Blockchain technology into the information systems of the ISA makes it one of the world’s leading authorities in terms of the security and reliability of information that it passes to the public,” said Natan Hershkovitz, the ISA’s Head of Information Systems.
