QMAS stands for Quality Migrant Admission Scheme and it was launched in China over 10 years ago to attract experts from various industries to the country. Now Hong Kong has launched its own similar program to get some specialists from innovative technological industries.

Eleven particular professions have been listed in it, including experts in Blockchain. All applicants are required to pass several important tests on matching the claimed qualification and achievements in this area. Applicants who succeed can move to Hong Kong without an official invitation from an employer.
