Cheddar reports that Bobby Lee, former CEO of the first Chinese cryptocurrency exchange BTCC, still thinks that digital assets in the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are a good form of investment. At the same time, he is not enthusiastic about crypto tokens that are launched by companies with the purpose to fund a specific project.
During the interview, Lee also weighed in on the issue of Ripple’s centralization. He is worried that a lot of companies and people are “misusing” it, trying to apply the coin to something that they launch themselves.
