Blockchain startup ConsenSys, spearheaded by Ethereum cofounder Joseph Lubin, has put 6.5 mln into a fintech company DrumG Technologies. According to the company’s press release, ConsenSys was the only investor in the first funding round. As a result of this partnership, Lubin will be on the company’s board of directors.
DrumG CEO Tim Grant, who formerly served as the head of R3's Lab and Research Center, is excited to join forces with such a big name in the industry as Lubin. At the same time, the ConsenSys states that DrumG, with its experience and “deep knowledge” of Blockchain, is a valuable addition to their broad portfolio.
