Binance, the number one cryptocurrency exchange in the world spearheaded by Changpeng Zhao, has recently signed an official agreement Malta Stock Exchange to launch a new platform for trading security tokens, MaltaToday reports.
The country’s finance minister Edward Scicluna calls cryptocurrency “revolutionary, ” but at the same time, he recognized the risks that are connected to this new asset class. He also claims that Binance wants to offer people more freedom in terms of their investment choices. Scicluna also emphasizes the importance of dealing with money laundering.
