Demand Film, a Perth-based movie distributor, has announced its plans to launch a new cryptocurrency dubbed Screencreds on Aug. 21. The coin will be traded on a local exchange NCX.

Their business model is quite simple- customers will be paid in the aforementioned currency every time they make an effort to promote the company’s content. The amount of remuneration directly depends on the number of people that subsequently get involved.
