Back in August 2017, Michael Komaransky listed his seven-bedroom home located in the Ponce Davis neighborhood in Miami for $6.5 mln payable in either cash or Bitcoin. The listing officially ended Feb. 1st, when one digital asset investor paid 455 Bitcoin, worth $6 mln at the time, for the home.
