Telegram To Release TON “This Autumn,” Investors Confirm

Telegram’s Blockchain-based TON platform is going to be released “this autumn,” Russian media report on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

In a circular sent to participants in TON’s ICO, the company said the platform was under development with “70 percent” of it already finished. Once released, TON, “The Open Network” or “Telegram Open Network,” will operate using its Gram cryptocurrency.

Earlier this year, TON raised almost $1,8 bln in its two private ICO presales.
