According to VentureBeat, San Francisco-based startup Synthetic Minds has recently raked in $5 mln in its latest funding round. High-dollar investors include Pantera Capital, a crypto-oriented hedge fund, and one of the leading venture capital firms Khosla Ventures. Previously, Synthetic Minds secured funding from America’s top startup machine Y Combinator.

The company’s underlying technology is based on program synthesis — the practice of automatically writing computer code for satisfying user’s intentions. While being already implemented by NASA, the program synthesis will also help to eliminate bugs in Blockchain code.

The company’s CEO Saurabh Srivastava hopes to have up to 10 customers by the end of this year.
