Singapore Airlines Adopts Blockchain

Singapore Airlines will be implementing Blockchain technology into an app for frequent flyers. The app will give users the ability to spend their accumulated miles. The Airline expects the digital wallet for its KrisFlyer loyalty program to be launched within six months. Singapore Airlines plans to invest “hundreds of millions” of dollars into digital technology over the next several years to stay globally competitive.
