Last week, the technical support team of OKEx released a post, encouraging clients to proceed with their account verification. The team requires users to update to the first level of KYC (“know your customer”) verification for a start.

Users with accounts with the first KYC level will be able to withdraw two Bitcoins once in 24 hours. Those who upgrade to level two or three can take out up to 100 Bitcoins every 24 hours. However, this amount can be increased, depending on their trading volume.

Withdrawals for users with unverified accounts will be shut down.

The withdrawal rules to apply as of Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 2 p.m.
