The Hainan Resort Software Community in the Hainan province of China has provided a specially allocated ‘space’ and software park for technological use. The ‘pilot zone’ is composed of several local Blockchain startups and scientific organizations working on technological innovations.

The pilot zone is expected to attract promising individuals and startups from overseas and explore areas of potential open ledger implementation in depth, especially in trade, finance, and banking.

Even though China has declared war on crypto and ICOs, it has chosen to explore the open ledger technology and make a bet on it.
