Despite many bearish predictions, Bitcoin price rises above $6,600 as the crypto market adds more than $5 bln to its valuation within the past 6 hours.

Other major cryptocurrencies have also demonstrated upward trends in the past couple of hours with Ripple (XRP) recording a 3.5 percent growth. However, it is still uncertain whether the Bitcoin volume will provide enough support for the further increase in price.
Some traders say that unless Bitcoin breaks out of 6,800 resistance level, no major upward movement is expected.
