A large crypto market player Coinbase is to focus on security in order to get a regulatory approval from Japan’s FSA by next year. The Coinbase team thinks that the crypto crackdown that is currently taking place in Japan is good for them since the local market is in great demand.

Japanese media reports that the negotiations of Coinbase with the local regulator are proceeding well enough and that the large US player is sure it will be achieved by 2019. 99 percent of funds at the exchange are reportedly held in cold vaults which ensure their safety.
